Terms and conditions direct debit subscription

RATE OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
The rate of your monthly subscription fee will be determined at the time of signing up based on the current rates at that specific time. Upon automatic renewal, this subscription fee will not change, regardless of price changes by de Klimmuur / Beest Boulders. Effectively, the rate applicable to your subscription will be locked until termination of this subscription.

RUNTIME AND DEBIT MANDATE
The subscription has a minimum runtime of three whole calendar months. After this term, the subscription will be renewed automatically each month. On the 28th of each month, the subscription fee will be debited from your account. This is the payment for the following month; you always pay one month in advance.

CANCELLED PAYMENT
In case of a cancelled payment, a €10 service fee will be charged. Furthermore, your subscription will be blocked until you pay the outstanding balance at the gym. After you make the payment, you can use the subscription again instantly. At the third cancelled payment within twelve months, your subscription will be stopped. After this, it is no longer possible to use a recurrent debit mandate at de Klimmuur / Beest Boulders. You can still use a different form of entrance, such as a ten-entry pass or single entry.

UP- OR DOWNGRADING
If you already have an active subscription, you can request an up- or downgrade at any time; for instance, from a boulder-only subscription to a top-rope and boulder subscription. When up- or downgrading a subscription, the monthly fee of the upgraded subscription will be matched to the rates of the year from your existing subscription.
For example: You started your bouldering subscription in February 2024. In May 2025, you decide to upgrade your subscription to a training subscription. Your new monthly rate will be the rate of the training subscription from 2024. Up- or downgrading the subscription can always be done as of the first day of the following month. You can manage these changes to your subscription yourself on our website or at the counter at any of our gyms.

REVOKING DEBIT MANDATE
The subscription is subject to a one-month cancellation term. If you cancel your subscription, you lose the locked rate of your subscription. When resubscribing to a new subscription, the fee will be determined based on the rates at that time. You can cancel your subscription yourself on our website or at the counter at any of our gyms.

PAUSE
You can pause your subscription once every calendar year, for a maximum duration of one calendar month. A pause is always from the first day of the month until the last day of that month. A notification period of one calendar month applies to a pause. You can manage this pause of your subscription yourself on our website or at the counter at any of our gyms.
